Continuous Structural
A Continuous Structural Eaves Beam fits under gable frame to provide a definite break between the frame below and the roof above. This also provides greater structural stability under wind loading and gives a solid fixing point for the frames or doors below.
Fully Sculptured Guttering
Fully sculptured guttering is designed to blend in with the frame and roof system. The use of a front gutter also eliminates the need for an outlet at either side of the conservatory.
Any Window System
The roof can be manufactured to accommodate 60, 62, 65 or 70mm window or door systems below it.
K2 Gable Frame
A gable frame can be fabricated using K2 window profile. Welded to a point it finishes at the rafter point eliminating the need for infill panels.
Wall End Rafter
The wall end rafter is 58mmwide so it sits very cleanly, without overhang, on top of the K2 Gable Frame. The wall end facia trim provides perfect weathering for the gable frame.
K2 Gable Frame
The 60mm 5-chambered K2 window profile, with its sculptured paint-flow edges, matches internal eaves cover mouldings to perfections.
Internal eaves cover
A front eaves beam provides continuation of internal eaves cover. This not only gives a more uniform appearance but also gives a definite break between the lower frames and the gable above.
