Many people believe the conservatory market isn’t really worth going after. Figures for anticipated sales in 2012 do not make positive reading and it is not an industry sector people instantly think of when discussing growth and investment.
However Four Seasons reported a 20% growth in sales turnover.Managing director Phil Foulger puts the company’s success down to always looking forward and continually working on the business strategy.
“At the start of 2012 Four Seasons launched the Guardian solid roof, a tiled effect conservatory roof. The Guardian solid roof offers a very real alternative to standard roof tiles. This means that our customers, conservatory installers and builders, can offer their clients all the benefits of a traditional extension without the significant upheaval and expense of major ground works.
Over the last 12 months Four Seasons has seen its sales turnover grow substantially and manufacture over 50 glazed roofs each week. We are on target to add at least 10 Guardian solid roofs a week to this output figure.
As a premier K2 Key Dealer we have built our business reputation on supplying quality products which are precision fabricated and delivered with a superior level of service.
We do this by providing same day quotes, investing in the latest fabrication machinery and using high quality materials.
Our customers can register online to access the Four Seasons Roof Quota software. Here they can obtain an instant quote for almost any conservatory roof. This means they can respond to sales opportunities quickly.
Four Seasons’ technical team is on hand during office hours to provide free support. Our new website has a live chat facility so people can communicate using instant messaging as well as by phone. This is very convenient for people who are working at a computer and don’t want to fully interrupt what they are doing to make a phone call. If a customer requires more detailed support we are always happy to visit the project site to advise on a roof specification.
Four Seasons is committed to being a driving force in the conservatory roof sector because we are actually interested in it.
Four Seasons’s future looks healthy and the Guardian solid roof is one of our key areas of growth for 2012.”
